Central Pennsylvania Trucking INC. with their corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA and terminals in Lancaster, PA Hazleton, PA and Robesonia, PA wanted an up-to-date look and feel to present their trucking services to potential shipping clients. They also wanted to incorporate an automated application providing the ability to automatically recruit new truck drivers via their website, 24 hours a day.

Built directly into this trucking website is a complete truck driver’s application. The application is completed in two phases. Phase one asks a series of questions which checks the potential truck drivers for proper licensing, excessive traffic violations and accidents and histories of DUI and DWI. Depending on the applicants responses they will either be presented with the full application to compile if their experience, driving history and licensing qualifies them. Or, automatically notifies them instantly that they do not qualify for employment. Automating the application process is anticipated to save a substantial number of hours of labor previously required to manually handle applicants hand written applications.
